What is included in first appointment?
Consultation, advice on medicines, looking into existing investigations, formulating a plan
What happens at the first appointment?
Taking History, Examination, ordering investigations, booking for injections if needed, sending for physiotherapy if required.
Does the patient need to bring?
List of medications, recent blood, X-ray and MRI Results, recent GP Letter, recent Letters from other consultants
